My contributionArchitected a four-sided procurement marketplace end to end at wireframe fidelity - the structure the visual design was built on.
What we were solving
Saloof is a B2B procurement marketplace connecting suppliers, buyers and drivers under an admin. The hard part is structural: four roles, thousands of SKUs, orders, subscriptions, multi-language and RTL - all kept coherent.
That architecture had to be right before any pixels, which is why the work shown here is wireframe fidelity: it is where the system was actually designed.
The answer
Each role gets its own shell over one shared system: admin runs catalog, orders, users, subscriptions and reporting; suppliers manage stock and orders; buyers shop and check out; drivers handle deliveries.
The wireframes fixed the IA - navigation, the order pipeline, the shared filter and table patterns - so the visual design had a solid frame to build on.
The craft
Saloof is a four-role platform - admin, supplier, buyer and driver - spanning orders, catalog, subscriptions, reporting, multi-language and RTL. These wireframes are where the structure of that system was worked out before visual design.

On mobile
Supplier, buyer and driver each get a role-shaped mobile app. These wireframes set the dashboard, orders and catalog flows for that shared system.
