My contributionDefined the whole product - IA, flows and UI for both sides - turning nearby recruitment into a swipe-simple job-matching app with a full console behind it.
What we were solving
Mahi Me is a location-first recruitment product: job-seekers find work near them, and employers hire the best applicants. The brief was to make job discovery as low-friction as a dating app, while still giving recruiters real management tooling.
That meant designing two experiences over one system - a swipe-simple job-seeker app, and an employer and admin side (mobile and web) to post jobs, shortlist and manage applications - without either feeling bolted on.
The answer
Job-seekers browse nearby jobs and like or pass with a swipe, keeping discovery effortless; employers post and manage jobs, search and shortlist candidates, and run the marketplace from a web console.
One shared design system spans the job-seeker app, the employer app and the admin web, so the experience stays consistent across every surface.
The craft
Mahi Me connects employers and job-seekers on mobile, with a full admin console running the marketplace behind it. These are the core screens.

On mobile
The experience collapses to a thumb-friendly, bottom-nav layout on mobile - one-handed reach, the primary action always in the thumb zone.
