My contributionTurned optical-store sales into a managed pipeline - goals, conversion and forecasting - across companies and users.

01 · The problem

What we were solving

Optical retailers track sales, eye measurements, first pairs and conversion, but usually across disconnected sheets with no forward view. Jaspoptics' brief was one place to set targets, read performance and forecast - across multiple stores.

02 · Solution

The answer

A dashboard reads goal progress, revenue trend and category performance (spec sales, eye measurements, first pairs, ATV), with a prediction calculator to set next week's target.

Companies and users are managed from the same system, so a group of stores runs from one place instead of one spreadsheet per branch.

The craft

Jaspoptics turns optical-store sales into a managed pipeline - goals, targets, conversion and a prediction calculator - across companies and users.
