My contributionDesigned an AI assistant that reads policies and documents and recommends coverage, wrapped in an operational dashboard for insurance advisors.
What we were solving
Insurance advisors and brokers juggle coverage options across many providers, matching each customer's scenario - accidents, claims, needs - to the right policy. That comparison is slow and buried in documents.
Crecent's brief was to put an AI assistant on top of that work: one that understands policies and documents and recommends suitable coverage, without the advisor losing oversight of the numbers.
The answer
An AI assistant, grounded in the customer's policies and documents, evaluates scenarios and recommends coverage in context - instead of the advisor digging through PDFs.
It sits inside a dashboard for active policies, insurers and recent policy chats, with policy and document views the advisor and the AI both read from - one source of truth for a human-plus-AI workflow.
